1:1 Sessions | Therapeutic yoga

One on one sessions are specially made to meet you exactly where you are—whether you are;

  • recovering from injury,

  • managing stress,

  • dealing with trauma,

  • new to yoga and want to explore first in a private setting,

  • deepen your existing practice,

  • or simply seeking more balance in your daily life.

Therapeutic yoga helps to release tension, restore energy and create space for healing. It’s in the presence of our attention and care that we are able to reconnect to ourselves again. Over the past 12 years being a yoga teacher I’ve guided many practitioners alongside their path of creating better body and self awareness and inner healing.

  • Individualized approach – We create sessions for your body, health history, and personal goals.

  • Yoga practice – Poses can be slower, supported, and adapted with props to make them safe and accessible.

  • Pranayama – Breathing techniques can be used to calm the nervous system, improve focus, and support healing.

  • Relaxation – Practices such as meditation, guided relaxation, or Yoga Nidra may help release stress and tension.

  • Holistic integration – Restoring balance, building resilience, and supporting the body’s natural capacity to heal.
