How would it be to feel whole and complete? To have a healthy and sensitive body mind connection supporting you in daily life. Being aware of your boundaries, managing stress levels, having joy and satisfaction in what you do and a sense of belonging in where you are.

Something that sounds only possible for the lucky few who don’t have any challenges on their plate right? What if I tell you that this is there for any of us who are willing to put in the work and that the challenges along the way are our guides in getting there?

With holistic coaching it’s about meeting your individual unique wants, needs and circumstances. Creating a balance between body, mind and spirit (re)connecting you to your authentic self. I’m a guide using my years of experience as a Yoga-teacher and- therapist, Mindfulness trainer & ACT coach, to support you on your journey. 

The guidance

To be able to guide you on your journey, we will get to know each other, build up a foundation and a course of direction. Establishing your main values and what you want to work on, I will provide a personal program. We look at your life as a whole and focus on sustainable long-term solutions including movement, breath awareness, nutrition and meditation.

After a course of sessions with me you will feel overall more grounded, alive & energetic. Feel more confident in which future steps to take and better equipped in maintaining a healthy mental, emotional, physical & spiritual foundation in your life.

My sessions are for those

Who are having a rough time, grieving, feeling lost or just in need for some extra support in their future steps to take. Mainly I’ve been guiding women in their twenties and thirties dealing with topics like;

  • loneliness & depression

  • stress, anxiety & insecurity

  • pregnancy loss, miscarriage & abortion

  • picking up their lives after heartbreak

  • sexual abuse

Important side note. I’m proven to be an additional guide in sometimes already running therapies. I’m not a replacement of a psychologist of any kind. I can be of help in advising other therapies or remedies when this is suited. Always check with your current therapy if this a contribution for this moment.
