Join this joyful, energetic, yet meditative class. No fuss, no extras, just yoga. All levels are welcome – whether a beginner or looking to deepen your practice.

Yoga is about balancing tension and relaxation. It’s a practice where through movement, breath and stillness, the body, mind & spirit connect. Stepping onto the mat regularly provides strength and flexibility while opening space for the release of stress, tension and blockages. Yoga unfolds as a journey of healing, inner peace, and lasting happiness.

These classes stay true to traditional yoga teachings, using Sanskrit names and Mantras, offering informative guidance and taught without music.

  • For cancellations up to 24 hours in advance it’s possible to cancel via Momoyoga or send an email to contact@marjoleinrikkelman.com. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the class won’t be refunded.
