Yoga

In all my yoga classes it’s about balancing tension and relaxation. The physical practice of yoga is there to ease the mind through movement & breath control. My style is authentic to the teachings using Sanskrit names, singing of Mantra’s & no music.

This yoga class is informative, energetic, joyful, yet meditative as the practice is in its original form. No fuss, no extra’s, just yoga.

Gentle

Get yourself all set up to slow down and to restore.

This gentle yoga class is all about releasing, calming down the nervous system and getting into that peaceful space right before going to bed.

We will hold the poses longer and you will get guidance in how to lengthen and deepen the breath. This way you create space for yourself to connect and ground yourself more which can lead to more insights, better understanding and a feeling of wholeness. * may have calming & suiting background music to be of guidance in the longer holdings of the poses.


Flow

Allow the energy to flow, move and connect body and mind. With the guidance of your breath, build up endurance and discipline while being open and soft. It's an energetic and joyful class that brings heat to purify, strengthens and gives more steadiness to the mind.

Power

A spicy class where we will explore the more challenging yoga asanas. Here we will have more coredrills to awaken that agni (inner fire) and increasing that strength, discipline and endurance. Yet we will move through the deeper layers of our being where we learn to soften while holding in tension. It’s often a class to really explore, deepen the practice while having fun!

Yin

Yin yoga is a gentle and passive style of yoga that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, thereby promoting flexibility and joint mobility. Unlike the dynamic flow of some other yoga styles, yin poses can be held up to 3-5 min, allowing the body and mind to truly release and let go.

Vinyasa

Connect the breath with the movements. Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice that originates from Ashtanga yoga. It’s a powerful way of going through movement in where you cleanse the body deeply and concentrate the mind.

Prenatal

A beautiful moment to deepen & soften your yoga practice or even start is when you’re pregnant. Prenatal yoga is a form of yoga that fully focusses on the natural course of your pregnancy and birth.

As a pregnant woman you’re invited to become more conscious of the physical proces that you’re going through and what that holds mentally and emotionally. By developing your body awareness you create a healthy connection between body and mind. You will have easier access to your intuition and will have faith and trust in the natural way of your pregnancy and birth.
