Silence day
Join for this silence day where you are invited to move inward by abstaining from distractions and speaking, guided in the practice of meditation, mindful movement (hatha yoga) and reflection. A way to cultivate inner peace, more self awareness and deeper focus.
This day of limiting your engagement in social activities is a great way of lowering stress, creating clarity and allows us to reconnect to the present moment. Something we need in order to remain centred in ourselves and bodies. Silence gives us time to be, to sense and to heal, which sometimes is difficult to achieve in our busy lives. This day is a reminder of what it feels to slow down and to connect.
This silence day is accessible to everyone. It is good to know that most of the day we’re meditating so some experience with it is recommended. Mostly participants of the 8 week Mindfulness training will join as this day is part of the training. Nevertheless it is open to anyone looking for a space to practice and connect with the teachings.
