Take time to sit in the presence of your own awareness. A moment where nothing needs to be accomplished, solved, created or changed. A time of observing the mind, thoughts & feelings when they arise, simply as they are, from moment to moment. Allowing the past for what it is, no need to plan the future, but simply being here in the present moment. It’s in these moments that our entire nervous system can calm down and restore.
